We ship insured across India using shock-proof, eco-friendly packaging. Domestic dispatch is within 2–4 business days, with delivery typically completed in 4–7 business days. International enquiries are handled case-by-case — please write to us before ordering.
Because every piece is hand-cast and unrepeatable, returns are accepted only for damage-in-transit. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Brass is a living metal — it deepens with age. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use. For a brighter finish, use a paste of lemon, salt and flour, then rinse and dry. For food vessels, traditional tinning (kalai) may be required every 12–18 months; we can arrange this service.
